    Customer service absolutely non- existing.
    Ordered a fan on 26.12. (MAK0106248).
    Confirmation says delivery 02.01.2026.
    No tracking available.
    The telephone numbers available: 0860 409 999 and 0860 600 999 remain un-answered. Head office 011 797 00 00: phone rings for over 5 minutes then call gets dropped.
    Need to get hold of somebody as they have now cancelled my order without my knowledge!!! To top it all, I paid R531.46 which incl. delivery and they only refund price of item – R449.00. Who is banking the balance of R82.46?????????

    Online order not delivered and delivery was supposed to take place 3 days ago. I have now contacted the customer service centre 4 times, the last time they supposedly put me through to the manager of the Cape Gate branch, who appears to have hung up on me. The service centre itself has hung up on me twice, and not once has somebody phoned me back (they have my cell number).

      I ordered a fridge last week Friday and was told it would be delivered on Monday today is Saturday all my food is rotten now
