Ingcazi has been active in the BEE environment since its founding in December 2005 when it participated in the first public meeting relating to the establishment of ABVA (the Association of BEE Verification Agencies). Ingcazi commenced operations through the performance of BEE audits in compliance with SANAS Regulations (The South African National Accreditation System which itself complies with the International Standards Organisation of Switzerland).
Having been involved with BEE from the onset Ingcazi is one of the few rating agencies that can claim to be familiar with the history and evolution of BEE in South Africa.
Ingcazi places great emphasis on training and staff are required to attend conferences on a regular basis. This discipline permits Ingcazi to assist clients in understanding exactly what the Codes require of them and what they need to do to comply with the Codes. In addition, Ingcazi hosts its own seminars on BEE for both clients and practitioners from time to time.
