This photo safari was truly unforgettable and the trip of a lifetime. Accommodation was in 5-star hotels. The food was consistently exceptional and very abundant (they never ran out). We saw and experienced a lot. Chananel was meticulous to the details and made certain that the tour was run seamlessly for all participants even though it was apparent that the planning and logistics were daunting. We visited four different countries and Chananel managed the border-crossing processes very well. There were basically three segments to this safari tour: A 3-day wildlife tour of a private game reserve next to Kruger Park where we went out on four 3-hour drives in open jeeps and saw the “big five;” several days in Capetown and its environs that included the Cape of Good Hope, Table Mountain, an ostrich farm, Kirstenbosch gardens, the penguin colony at Boulder’s Beach, the local Jewish museum and Shabbat at the Garden Synagogue in Cape Town; and finally a multi-day segment that included a helicopter tour over Victoria Falls, hikes alongside the falls on both the Zimbabwe and Zambia sides, a tour of a local village (more interesting that you would think), walks with cheetahs and lions, elephant rides, boat cruises and a tour of Chobe Park in Botswana that has the largest population of elephants in the world. There is no way that an individual could have done this super-extensive itinerary themselves. Everyone had a great time. We cannot recommend this itinerary and touring company enough.
