I bought a Defy fridge today and was disappointed with the delivery guys who came caually dressed. Two men came with a small bakkie without a trolley to wheel in the fridge. The carried it and at times pushed it on the ground without care. They left it outside my kitchen and said that their job is done. I complained but little response from Makro Carnival.
This delivery job was totally unprofessional! Not happy!!!
Just bought a pool table yesterday from Makro carnival , had to deliver it by 10am today , then a washing machine was delivered , then they bring the pool table at 3pm , open it up with the delivery guys the table is broken .
What poor service is that from Makro , try to get hold of Makro they keep cutting me of from the line.
