Dear Makro,
Today (24/01/2025), I lost my S23 Samsung phone in Makro Centurion. Upon noticing that my phone was lost in my purse, I immediately reported the matter to the reception at around 15h00pm. I was told that I am not the first person who lost her phone today in the store, and this is frequent. I have requested that the footage be shown to me because I left my home straight for Makro and I did not stop anywhere.
Makro refused, indicating that they will check the footage and get back to me, and that there is nothing Makro will do. The manner in which the staff were relaxed about the matter worries me a lot, and given that I was not the first person to report a stolen phone on the same day, it worries me even more. My day was immediately disrupted and ruined.
I trust that Marko will get to the bottom of this matter soonest given that there have been recurrences and that the footage will be shown to me.
