Jaydene assisted me via WhatsApp, which out of Beacon Bay and Robertson postnet were rude and unhelpful! Thanks to Jaydene from Postnet Cape Gate who was willing to assist me and delivered friendly service! Excellent job! I think the other branches can learn some customer service from Cape Gate.
