Print24 offers free artwork on all orders. Our highly experienced design team is there to assist the customer with design, layout and advice. Should you already have artwork, our Graphics team will check it and if need be redo the artwork at no charge to ensure the best print quality possible. Furthermore, we provide our one-on-one art service where you the customer, can interact with one of our designers while they do your artwork, Experiencing Ad Agency service at no cost.

24 Hour Speed Service is not standard and must be requested on the placement of the order. Wherever possible we will do our best to process your order in 24 hours. WARNING TO ALL CUSTOMERS & BUSINESSES!
We have been scammed by a company operating under the name Print 24 – which now seems to be using different names to cover up their fraudulent activities.
⚠️ They took our money and NEVER delivered the prints we paid for.
⚠️ Despite endless follow-ups, we received excuse after excuse, broken promises, and now complete silence.
Jay, who presented himself as the owner, has been dishonest from the start. His father, who claimed he would resolve the issue, has also stopped responding. For reference, the so-called “CEO” number is +27 81 793 6580 – but it appears to be his father’s number.
To make matters worse, the business is apparently owned by Jay’s sister, suggesting this entire operation is a family-run scam.
We are sharing this publicly to warn other honest businesses and individuals:
➡️ Do NOT trust them.
➡️ Do NOT pay them upfront.
➡️ Do your research and protect yourself.
Enough is enough. South African small businesses and consumers deserve better than thieves hiding behind fake professionalism.
