Every phone we sell is graded and condition-checked before listing. Our stock is genuine Apple hardware, described honestly as used, Grade A+ condition: battery health of 90% or higher, no visible scratches, and fully functional across every feature. We do not sell devices as “brand new,” because they aren’t — they are carefully vetted used stock, and we’d rather be accurate about that than make a claim we can’t stand behind. Each unit comes with the phone and a charging cable in the box; we don’t include an adapter or earphones, and we say so upfront rather than let a customer assume otherwise.
All our iPhones are factory unlocked. We’ve confirmed this works across South Africa’s major networks — MTN, Vodacom, Cell C, and Telkom — so whichever network you’re on, the phone will work without needing to be unlocked separately.
Our current range spans iPhone 11 through iPhone 17, including Pro and Pro Max variants where available, with pricing from R5,199.99 (iPhone 11, 64GB) up to R30,499.99 (iPhone 17 Pro Max, 512GB). Because we don’t hold warehouse stock — every order is imported specifically once payment is confirmed — we set expectations clearly from the outset: delivery takes roughly 30 days from the date of payment. We treat that as a standard part of how direct-import buying works, not something to apologise for or hide in the fine print.
Every device we sell carries a 6-month warranty covering hardware defects, giving you real cover after purchase, not just a token gesture.
