Due to the intangible and digital nature of our services, refunds & returns are generally not granted once the service has been delivered or accessed. However, if you encounter technical issues or if the delivered service significantly deviates from what was initially described, you may request a refund within 48 hours of service delivery. Refunds in these scenarios are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
Subscription Packages
Subscription cancellations must be initiated at least seven days prior to your next billing date. Requests for cancellations can be made directly through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team via email at info@thebusinessdirectory.co.za. We do not provide refunds for subscription payments already processed, except under extraordinary circumstances at our discretion. Outstanding subscription payments will remain payable for services delivered.
Exceptional Circumstances

Processing Refunds
Once a refund is approved, the amount will typically be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase within 10-15 business days. Delays may occur based on your bank or payment provider.
