I am waiting for my package to be collected and it’s 24 hrs after I booked it in for overnight delivery. I cannot get any help from a manager- all unavailable and I am totally and utterly disappointed. The overnight service ensures delivery according to the voice recording I had to listen to 10 times by 11am the next day in main centres- well it’s now 9:15 and package still here- no words. I made sure to book it in by 9:30am yesterday- and it was ready to be collected. I am on the route to the airport in Durban… still waiting…
